SERVICING
We provide quality servicing and repairs to all makes of computerised engraving machines. Options include:
* Telephone support is offered initially, in order to get you back up and running.
* On site service call - pre-booked or for a breakdown
* Microwhite workshop service / repair - machine couriered in or delivered by yourself.
We are reknowned for our hospitality - bacon butties free!!
If service calls are booked in advance, we will try to share the travel time and mileage costs,with other customers, wherever possible.
If a repair is required on smaller machines, control units and printed circuit boards, these can be shipped to our workshop.
We will be happy to discuss any work that we carry out for you, in addition to this we will advise on basic maintenance procedures on request.
