SUPPORT AND TRAINING
We offer training in basic maintenance for your engraving machine. This can be done whilst a full service of your machine is being undertaken, or as a stand alone unit if more than one person is to be trained.
Training and support in the use of common design softwares e.g. Gravostyle, Vcarve, and Engravelab, can also be arranged. This can be for both the novice engraver or those wishing to extend their skills and make more use of their software capabilities. Again training can be given on-site, at our own workshop or by telephone support. Regarding the latter this is only offered if a pre-arranged time slot has been agreed in order to `tweek' a design / file sent in by your customer.
