Engraving machines– including Gravograph, Dahlgren, Newing Hall, U-Marq, Roland, Cipher, and Meistergram machines
Ancillary equipment – monitors, IDS systems, power supply units etc
Production machines given priority where possible
Other equipment covered (please ring)
WORKSHOP SERVICE / REPAIRS
£40.00 PER HOUR + VAT - minimum 1 hour
All test and report items will be charged for.
We will gain permission before repairs over £50 are carried out.
ON SITE SERVICE / REPAIRS
£40.00 PER HOUR + VAT – on site rate. Minimum 1 hour.
£30.00 PER HOUR + VAT- travel time. SEEND - SEEND (Minimum 1 hour)
Mileage @ 50p per mile + VAT
PLEASE NOTE – where possible we group customers together to share travel time / mileage costs. Pre-booking services obviously helps everyone here!
TELEPHONE SUPPORT – we reserve the right to charge for this, as per the above prices. This service was previously free, but due to an increasing number of ‘new’ customers abusing this system we have unfortunately had to rethink our policy.
OVERNIGHTS / FLIGHTS / FERRIES – CHARGED AT COST
R&D WORK UNDERTAKEN – PLEASE RING
MICROENGRAVE ME3 controllers – a cost effective way of upgrading VX tables. See website for details
VAT invoice sent on completion of work. (Monthly intervals for R & D work)
Discrepancies within 7 days.
Payment within 30 days to MICROWHITE .
